You can do your payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, and other payment accepted by Paypal, Wire Transfer (TT) or Cash on Delivery.
We can do delivery in Montreal area (Montreal, Laval, North Shore and South Shore)

Sales are final. Refunds are not accepted. Only an exchange can be done by presenting this invoice and returning the product in its original condition within a
delay of tree (3) days following the reception (no exchange for these items DVRs, PTZ cameras and cables). The customer pays the shipping and forwarding fees.
No goods can be returned for exchange without our authorization. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending the goods.
Cameras, DVR, and other products, if the conditions of use and installation are met, are guaranteed one year. The customer must pay the shipping and forwarding.
Some products (DVR, PTZ camera..) Are only guaranteed by the manufacturer and in these case, other shipping fees may be charged. |
